The Kilve string weekend is geared for young string players up to grade 5 in standard. The course is led by Hywel Jenkins who has a team of experienced string teachers working with him throughout the weekend. There will be a concert on the Sunday afternoon for parents to attend.
This is a collaborative event where a large number of schools come together to share with a capacity audience work that has been taking place during the course of the academic year. The event has a wide range of styles and genres along with a varied mix of age ranges taking part.
